Audio Data Policy
All audio recorded at Alien Prose UK is your intellectual property. Files will be provided in the original recorded format (typically .wav files via Pro Tools or Logic Pro X). If you require stems or alternate formats, these can be supplied for a small additional fee.
We strongly encourage all clients to back up their files immediately after each session. While we aim to retain all session data for up to five years as a courtesy, this is not guaranteed. Alien Prose UK is not responsible for any data loss after your session has been completed and files delivered.
Booking Information
At Alien Prose UK, we offer flexible studio bookings across both Studio A and Studio B to suit a wide range of creative needs:
Session Options:
– 2 hours – Minimum booking
– 4 hours – Half session / Half day
– 8 hours – Full session / Full day
Dry & Wet Hire Available
We offer two standard hire options for every booking:
– Dry Hire: Includes studio access and equipment only. Ideal for artists or engineers who prefer to manage their own session. Our setup is plug-and-play, simply connect your laptop via USB-C and you’re good to go.
– Wet Hire: Includes support from one of our in-house engineers, who will assist with setup and recording throughout your session.
How to Book
To book a session, email bookings@alienproseuk.com with your name, preferred date and time, and a brief description of the services you need or simply click the WhatsApp floating widget on our website to chat with us directly. We’ll confirm availability and respond promptly.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger or time-sensitive projects, 3–4 weeks’ notice is advised.
We accept card payments, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
T&C, Cancellation & Refund Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all studio bookings.
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. If no reschedule occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.
– Cancellations made within 7 days will result in the loss of your deposit.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be charged the full session fee, at our discretion.Â
All deals, promotions, and sales (including Black Friday, seasonal offers, or bundle discounts) require 100% payment at the time booking and are non-refundable.Â
At Alien Prose UK, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully satisfied with the outcome of your session, please contact us within 10 days. Where reasonable, we’ll offer a complimentary correction session to help address any concerns. Please note: this offer does not apply to issues beyond our control, such as artist performance, insufficient session time, or last-minute changes.
